Cyndy Ott, Business Manager

Cyndy is the one who keeps us all in line. She is the master of all things financial, and is an expert at multi-tasking between distributor orders, twitter and phone calls from growers. Around the tasting room, we can tell that Cyndy is hard at work by listening to the volume of her music. Even while juggling all the pieces at Fidelitas, Cyndy also works for a local school and is an amazingly enthusiast Gonzaga basketball fan.

Jess Zander, Wine Concierge + Communications

Jess is our “west side gal”, working remotely for Fidelitas from Seattle. As our wine concierge, Jess works closely with our wine club members assisting with orders, hosting private tastings and giving the inside scoop on visiting wine country. Drawing on her training with the International Sommelier Guild, Jess loves food and wine pairing and is constantly trying out new recipes with Fidelitas wines. Follow Jess on the Fidelitas blog.

Marilyn Bowman, Master of Everything Else

Marilyn is truly our go-to gal. There isn’t a part of Fidelitas that she doesn’t have her hands in. Each day, she makes sure that the tasting room is running smoothly, while acting as our shipping department, head chef and operator. On top of all that, Marilyn is on hand to take personal care of each and every Fidelitas customer and employee. At one point in time, Marilyn though that she might retire, until she had the opportunity to work with Charlie.
