"The 2016 is our fifth release from the Fidélitas Estate Vineyard, and we’ve really settled into a nice rhythm with the wines. We’re sourcing from Blocks 1 and 3A (clones 2 and 6) for the Estate Cabernet and as the vines get older, we are seeing that level of maturity appear in the wines as well.
