2013 Champoux Vineyard Block One
Sourced from the 1972 planting of Champoux Vineyard, the Block One Cabernet Sauvignon represents some of the oldest Cabernet vines in Washington State, and showcases the depth and complexity of these old vines. Aromas include dried raspberries, plum compote, and cassis, along with black olive and thyme notes. The soft intake intensifies on the palate showcasing dark cherries and black currants, and dried herbs, building to fine tannins and a lengthy finish. Drink now through 2027.
