April 17: Ciel du Cheval Vineyard
Join us for a peek into the history of Red Mountain through Ciel du Cheval Vineyard, planted in 1975 and one of Fidelitas' favorite sources of fruit. This tasting, hosted by Will Hoppes, examines exactly what makes Ciel du Cheval so unique, from the choice of varietals planted and sourced, to the careful care of the vines and soil, while tasting through these upcoming releases.
