Ciel du Cheval Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, drawing Clone 8 Cabernet from one of Red Mountain’s most established vineyard sites, offers aromas of fig, blackberry, and quince, dried tobacco, and a touch of cedar. The palate gives us classic Red Mountain tones of darker fruit with dried cherries, dark raspberry, and light brown sugar notes. Fine grained tannins provide structure and depth to the wine, and a lingering finish. Drink now through 2025.
