This is the 8th vintage of our 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the oldest blocks at the Estate planted in 2008.  The blend of Clones 2 & 6 Cabernet all fermented in oak creates a silky tannin structure and rich mid-palate that are signature characteristics of this wine from vintage to vintage. On the aroma we get wonderful toasty new barrel smells, black currant, and red plum. The palate is rich and full—Bing cherry, raspberry, and vanilla bean. This wine is a joy to make as we see the complexity and quality continue to increase as these relatively young vines continue to mature. We recommend laying this one down for a good 3-5 years before enjoying and should last a good 15+ years in your cellar.
