The third vintage of a Bordeaux blend out the Estate is a showcase of our newer blocks planted in 2015. This blend was built from the ground up with the help of Dick Boushey, our vineyard manager since 2008 who brings 35+ years of grape growing experience. The palate exhibits a similar silky tannin structure that we see from our Estate Cabernet with strawberry, black currant, and cedar. The aroma has lovely floral notes. It’s an extremely well layered and complex wine that hits all parts of the palate and is a great presentation of the many different oak fermentations we use in the cellar further adding to the complexity. Drink now with a good 30+ minute decant or through 2040.
