The fifth vintage of a Bordeaux blend out the Estate is a showcase of our second phase of planting in 2015. This blend was built from the ground up with the help of Dick Boushey, our vineyard manager since 2008 who brings 35+ years of grape growing experience. The palate exhibits a similar silky tannin structure that we see from our Estate Cabernet with plum, black cherry, and white pepper. The aroma has lovely dried herbs and spicy notes. It’s an extremely well layered and complex wine that hits all parts of the palate and is a great presentation of the quality that we see out of our home in the heart of Red Mountain.
