Adult Signature Requirement: We strongly suggest shipping your order to a business address whenever possible. State law, as well as UPS policy, requires an adult signature (at least 21 years of age) at the time of delivery for every package containing wine. It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery. Fidelitas is not responsible for charges incurred due to misdirected or reshipped wines.
Heat & Weather Conditions: Wine is very sensitive to both heat and cold temperatures. We watch the shipping routes closely to ensure that your order will be safe all the way from Red Mountain to your door. If we are concerned about the temperature, we may contact you to either hold your shipment or upgrade to 2-Day Air or Cool Pack shipping. View the weather on your shipping route here.
Delivery Schedule: Unless otherwise agreed upon, wines are set to ship from our Red Mountain location on the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Will Call: Orders can be placed via the website or phone and then picked up at either of our tasting rooms. We do ask that orders are picked up within 30 days of placing your order.
PO Boxes or APO/FPO: Unfortunately, USPS regulations restrict us from shipping alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
